I have tried this product so graciously offered for review from a Marketing company I work closely with.

My personal opinion of Garcinia Cambogia is positive. Life and Food is the maker of the product I received and product included 60 capsules which it recommends you take 2 a day, which is a 30 day supply. It claims to to improve energy and Serotonin levels and to suppress appetite and inhibit fat. I received the Upgraded Strength product which claims to contain 1600mg per serving of the Garcinia Cambogia Extract & 60% HCA. The bottle came with in 2 days of ordering from Amazon.com which was a very happy surprise to start. Bottle seemed nothing out of the ordinary and had standard info on its label such as ingredients, serving information, description and instructions. After closely reading the ingredients, I was also happily surprised to see that this product DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY FILLERS, BINDERS OR ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS!!!! I Googled this product before I received it because I was worried because many similar products on the market have a lot of what experts say you don't want inside their capsules.I was relieved to find out the makers Life and Food stuck to keeping binders, fillers and artificial ingredients out of this product!!!

The very first thing I did before starting this review was get a base weight which was 142lbs.

I then started out taking 2 capsules before lunch with full glass of water. With in about 30-40 minutes I did feel a pick me up of some sort. I felt like doing things that I usually don't have energy to do and was actually happier to be doing them. I could defiantly still eat and didn't get jittery either. I did seem to feel a strange heat inside my body, not overwhelming but definitely present.

The capsules did not smell bad either like many many herbal or traditional products I have tried before which is not something that makes a huge difference to me but again I was happily surprised :)!!!

I faithfully took 2 capsule before I ate lunch (usually around 11am) for 7 days before I even tried weighing myself again. I did not feel like I had lost anything but I knew my activity level and energy levels were up so I decided to step on the scales. I really was shocked to see the weight of 137 staring back at me after only 7 days (that is more than half a pound a day). I dont know for sure this product inhibited fat in my body but the scaled definately dont lie and i cant deny weighing 5 lbs less than when I started just 7 days before. This is my second week so I will be posting my results weekly until trial is over.

MY PERSONAL REVIEW

I'm really impressed with it so far. I'm liking what I see!!! The best thing about this serum is how fast it absorbs into the skin. It is amazing how such a small amount can make my skin look cleaner and healthier. I also like that it includes a glass dropper. I love that it is shrinking my pores and reducing my wrinkles each day that I use it. I have been noticing some dark spots on my forehead, and I wasn't sure how to get rid of them. Since I have been using the vitamin c, they are FINALLY going away AND it has really helped to even out my skin tone. I received this Vitamin C in exchange for my review and honest opinion. My Personal Review

Was skeptical when I first saw this product as I have tried many others over the years.... To my surprise this is the IT product. I have been using this product for about a week and love the way it makes my skin feel. I also love that it gives my face like a radiant glow...getting rid of that dull dry look my face always has. In only 1 week I see dark spots already fading. The first wipe I used I noticed I was darker. I was very impressed. A product that does not require a bottle or major mess. So simple with easy to follow directions, this product will have your skin darkened in no time.They're portable, which means I can carry a few in my purse or in my suitcase when I'm traveling.

*A FEW TIPS*
The trick is to know how to apply self-tanner, which some people are not familiar with. As a very pale person who has used self tanner in the past, I've learned a few things about how to apply it.

First - Cleanse and Exfoliate. Be sure your skin is as clean and smooth to ensure an even tan. Also be sure your skin is moisturized! If your skin is dry, chapped or peeling, chances are that the tan will be uneven.

Second - Be Quick. As soon as you rip open the packaging, unwrap the towel, lay the sheet flat against your palm and go for the largest areas and move quickly in a circular motion, never letting your hand rest in one area for too long.

Third - Broad strokes. Use lots of broad circular strokes so color doesn't distribute too much in one area. Remember to keep that hand moving!

Fourth - Let your skin dry. Some people only wait 5-10 minutes and then put their clothes on. Wait longer (I normally wait 15 even 20mins) and let the skin absorb the product before putting on clothes. I recommend loose clothing. Try to keep your skin dry for as long as possible so as not to disturb the tan that's developing.

MY PERSONAL REVIEW

Love this product. I take it in combination with Garcinia Cambogia and it's done what i wanted it to. I've lost 20 pounds and I'm energetic throughout the day and yet not jittery, no stimulant effects whatsoever. I will continue to take this product for as long as I feel necessary. This is working well. My skin is more glowy and soft. I love the way this serum makes my skin feel doesn't over moisturize normal skin or make you feel like something is caked on.!! Great product! :).
