Awesome stuff but with the all natural ingredients.  I use this to heal everything from cuts to wounds after surgery. I do use a fresh unopened tube to apply to deeper cuts or wounds but have found time and again this works faster to heal than all the old standbys on the market. Even better and faster with less irritation than antibiotic creams! Also does work very well to reduce redness and irritations as per other reviews. This stuff is gold!
