I started taking this the very next day after I got it in the mail which was shipped to me I was concerned that the colon cleanse would be harsh, BUT IT WASN'T!

I love True Sol products! I have taken several different supplements that they make and they have all been great quality. This Colon Detox is great because is super gentle and I have not had any of the unpleasant side effects! Another A+ product!!

This is a purifying cleanse that removes waste matter from your digestive tract. It's a powerful cleanse. It seemed to work well. Of course any of you who have done a cleanse before, you know what to expect, without all the gory details..lol. I did lose a few pounds and felt good afterword . I think the product works well and I would recomment it to anyone who wants to detox their body.  I will continue to use True Sol's Colon Cleanse as needed to maintain optimal digestive health.

My Personal Review

 

This comes with nice instructions but I didn't even need them. It goes together easily and works perfectly every time.This product makes slicing carrots for a salad so simple! I just love this spiralizer! It is easy enough for my daughter to use too. Guests just love the way I make my food into a huge presentation, but what they don't know is it only takes seconds with the InstantVeg and it not only keeps your hands from smelling like an onion, but it also makes the best sliced onions for anything you can think of. After putting my slicer together, I grabbed the only hard fruit I had on hand. An apple. After washing, I tossed it inside and shut the lid. It turned so fluidly that I didn't realize I had done the whole apple in no time! There was no pulling or tearing. Just smooth turning.
It gave me paper thin spirals of apple that tasted so yummy! The kids love french fries cut with this too, that is probably our favorite dish. HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS...running a close second!!!!

Cleanup is a breeze with the included brush. With a blade that sharp, it is easy to shred your washcloth or your fingers, so it is great to have a brush to get it nice and clean without putting myself in the way of the blades, then put it in the dishwasher!I would certainly purchase this product for anyone who enjoys new gadgets in the kitchen, or for a young person showing interest in cooking. This would make a great Christmas gift!

GREAT EXPERIENCE 5*****'s

I have oily and acne-prone skin, and I've literally tried every anti-acne product in the market. So when my mom told me to try tea tree oil for acne, I didn't expect a lot. It's been a month since I started applying the oil. Pimples have almost vanished and my skin feels smoother. What I really like though, is that it's very mild and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. As far as side-effects are concerned, although I've read about a few, I haven't experienced any yet. Stick to well-known brands, and read the label on the bottle properly for any precautions.

 I used the tea tree oil by adding it to my daily moisturizer and sunscreen. Especially in the summer months when you are applying a lot of sunscreen and oil based products I feel this works wonders at helping to keep my skin clear.

My personal opinion of Garcinia Cambogia 80% HCA is positive. Life and Food is the maker of the product I received and product included 60 capsules which it recommends you take 2 a day, which is a 30 day supply. It claims to to improve energy and Serotonin levels and to suppress appetite and inhibit fat. I received the Upgraded Strength product which claims to contain 1600mg per serving of the Garcinia Cambogia Extract & 60% HCA.  The bottle came with in 2 days of ordering from Amazon.com which was a very happy surprise to start. Bottle seemed nothing out of the ordinary and had standard info on its label such as ingredients, serving information,  description and instructions. After closely reading the ingredients, I was also happily surprised to see that this product DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY FILLERS, BINDERS OR ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS!!!! I Googled  this product before I received it because  I was worried  because many similar products on the market  have a lot of what experts say you don't want inside their capsules.I was relieved to find out the makers Life and Food stuck to keeping binders, fillers and artificial ingredients out of this product!!!

The very first thing I did before starting this review was get a base weight which was 142lbs.

I  then started out taking 2 capsules before lunch with full glass of water. With in about 30-40 minutes I did feel a pick me up of some sort. I felt like doing things that I usually don't have energy to do and was actually happier to be doing them. I could defiantly still eat and didn't get jittery either.  I did seem to feel a strange heat inside my body, not overwhelming but definitely present.

The capsules did not smell bad either like many many herbal or traditional products I have tried before which is not something that makes a huge difference to me but again I was happily surprised :)!!!

I faithfully took 2 capsule before I ate lunch (usually around 11am) for 7 days before I even tried weighing myself again. I did not feel like I had lost anything but I knew my activity level and energy levels were up so I decided to step on the scales. I really was shocked to see the weight of 137 staring back at me after only 7 days (that is more than half a pound a day). I dont know for sure this product inhibited fat in my body but the scaled definately dont lie and i cant deny weighing 5 lbs less than when I started just 7 days before. This is my second week so I will be posting my results weekly until trial is over.

 I am very impressed with this deep cleansing facial oil. I was a little skeptical at first, and thought it would make my skin greasy but I was wrong!  This moisturizer is very creamy but it doesn't feel heavy on the skin or make you look greasy at all. I really enjoy using this moisturizer because it makes my skin feel so soft and refresh. MY PERSONAL REVIEW

I own the 24 cup mini muffin pan as well as the 12 cup muffin pan and both are critical pieces of kitchen equipment for both the amateur and seasoned chef. The 24 cup muffin pan is perfect for making bite sized hors d'oeuvres that normal sized muffin pans are too oversized for. I made potato nests with bacon wrapped water chestnuts - both in the same pan! I expected (based on my previous experience with the 12 cup muffin pan) that these potato nests and water chestnuts would pop right out of the pan and I was not disappointed. The sheer ease with which foods release from this pan is unparalleled compared to traditional metal pans. I didn't experience any plastic taste in my food that is typical from lower grade plastic culinary equipment; this pan is the real deal and delivers consistent results. The rate of heat transfer through this pan is identical to metal pans which is wonderful as I don't have to adjust my baking times to compensate for the change in material. I hand wash all my dishes, (which can sometimes be a burden) but this pan is painless to clean and the durable yet flexible nature of the silicone is ideal for being able to twist and contort in order to get water into all the nooks and crannys of the pan (something I can't do with my traditional metal pan). Overall, I would strongly recommend the 24 cup mini muffin pan as well as the 12 cup muffin pan to anyone who bakes. Makes absolutely delicious mini muffins that are the perfect snacking size! The pan does bend easily so its best to put a baking sheet underneath it in the oven for easy removal, however since the pan can bend the muffins pop right out when cooked. We have not greased the pan or used muffin liners and they come out perfect every time.  It will change the way you cook forever.

I have only just received my order 2 days ago. It came in exactly 2 days just like it said I should expect. You receive the bottle, it isnt in a box or anything but the box it came shipped in was very well padded. I am feeling a bit more full. Eating less, drinking more water and excising more. Even before the magnetic screen door has arrived, I watched the video and had a pretty good idea on hot to install it. It arrived really quick via Amazon Prime and my husband got excited and wanted to install it right away. The instructions were very clear and he didn't have a difficult time installing it. It took him less than 30 minutes to do it and sure enough, it fits and there are no gaps. I expected some crummy screen and weak Velcro fastenings but was pleasantly pleased to see an attractive screen mesh and it was a no brainer which end was the top ...you may have to push the magnets together but they stay together. I live in Indiana but this is for our House in Florida so I am hoping the heat doesn't melt the Velcro but so far so good ... It covers my size door pretty much on the money and no bugs can enter. It took my dogs 1 shot to learn how to go in and out through a corner. It is a good product for a fair price and looks like it has a good amount of wear before this dance is over.
