I have only just received my order 2 days ago. It came in exactly 2 days
just like it said I should expect. You receive the bottle, it isnt in a
box or anything but the box it came shipped in was very well padded. I am feeling a bit more full. Eating less, drinking more water and excising more. I think taking pills is more motivating than it is to
