This comes with nice instructions but I didn't even need them. It goes together easily and works perfectly every time.This product makes slicing carrots for a salad so simple! I just love this spiralizer! It is easy enough for my daughter to use too. Guests just love the way I make my food into a huge presentation, but what they don't know is it only takes seconds with the InstantVeg and it not only keeps your hands from smelling like an onion, but it also makes the best sliced onions for anything you can think of. After putting my slicer together, I grabbed the only hard fruit I had on hand. An apple. After washing, I tossed it inside and shut the lid. It turned so fluidly that I didn't realize I had done the whole apple in no time! There was no pulling or tearing. Just smooth turning.
It gave me paper thin spirals of apple that tasted so yummy! The kids love french fries cut with this too, that is probably our favorite dish. HOMEMADE POTATO CHIPS...running a close second!!!!

Cleanup is a breeze with the included brush. With a blade that sharp, it is easy to shred your washcloth or your fingers, so it is great to have a brush to get it nice and clean without putting myself in the way of the blades, then put it in the dishwasher!I would certainly purchase this product for anyone who enjoys new gadgets in the kitchen, or for a young person showing interest in cooking. This would make a great Christmas gift!
